First, I charge at least $350 per hour less than the cost of the parties hiring lawyers!!! I charge less than 1 lawyer charges, and each party must hire a lawyer since a lawyer can work for only one party!!! Second, the process is highly likely to be at least 3 months quicker, but often at least 6 months quicker, depending on several aspects of the situation, since I encourage the parties to reach agreements and then I streamline the court process, so there will be significantly fewer hours of work!

First, I don't represent, advocate for, or advise either party because I’m not a lawyer. I work for both parties.
